How can I check the status of my order?
You are able to check the status of your order at any time on the Order Status page. Just enter your order number and email address.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If the product is not washed or damaged you can send it back to us for a refund. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return; we can refund the price of the your order not including shipping. Just send your returns to: Merch Revolution Attn. Returns, 2708 Foothill Blvd Box 235, La Crescenta, Ca, 91214. Returns must be sent back to Merch Revolution within 30 days of purchase.

Merch Revolution will replace faulty merchandise, but we cannot exchange items. If you would prefer another item, just return the unwanted merch for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Why is my credit card being declined?
Here are a few reasons why your credit card might be declined:

The credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason, has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card company or bank.

The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address for the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, then the order gets declined.

Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes. We do take money orders or cashiers checks. No personal checks and only U.S. currency. To place your order, just go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page. Make sure that the total includes shipping. Print two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to: Merch Revolution, 2708 Foothill Blvd Box 235, La Crescenta, Ca, 91214. Please also send us your contact information in case there is a problem with your order.

We don't recommend ordering this way because we can't guarantee how long it will take for your order to get to us and for us to ship it out to you. Plus, there is always a chance that we might run out of an item by the time we receive your order.

 
 
ORDER INFORMATION 
How can I check the status of my order?
You are able to check the status of your order at any time on the Order Status page. Just enter your order number and email address.

I received an "In Process" message when checking the status of my order. What does this mean?
This message means that Merch Revolution has received your order and is preparing it for shipment. Merch Revolution completes and sends out all orders within 24 hours.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Merch Revolution ships orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Depending on the efficiency of your local post office, shipping should take roughly 2 or 3 days. International shipping times vary.

When I try to place my order, it is not going through. Why?
Make sure you have filled out all of the fields. If you still have problems, email support@merchrevolution.com with a description of your problem and a representative will contact you shortly.

How is sales tax determined?
Sales tax is determined by which state you are ordering from. Since our offices are in California, you will only have to pay sales tax if you live in California as well. Out of state orders are tax free.

What is your return/exchange policy?

What do I do if I've received an incorrect order?

My order appears to have been damaged in shipping. What should I do?
If your order appears to be damaged, please include a note in your package explaining that what you received is damaged, and send the order back to Merch Revolution at:

Please include a written request to exchange your product. In this statement, please describe the damage. We will review your request and with our discretion, replace your product immediately.

 
 
SHOPPING ONLINE 
How can I unsubscribe from receiving Merch Revolution emails?
When you receive emails from Merch Revolution, there will be an "unsubscribe" feature at the bottom of the email. Click the link and you will be automatically removed from our mailing list.

Is the information I provide Merch Revolution private and secure?
Yes. Merch Revolution stores any customer information in a secure database. And all credit card transactions are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption.

What is your privacy policy?

Can I contact the band I'm ordering from through Merch Revolution?
No. Merch Revolution only handles the online stores for these bands. If you wish to contact a particular band, you will have to go to their official web site.

What forms of payment does Merch Revolution accept?

Can I use a credit card that is not mine?
Yes you may, but you must have the consent from the owner of the credit card. By checking the Terms of Agreement box at the time of payment, you are agreeing that you have the consent of the owner.

What is the "Card Code?"
The Card Code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards or bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.

SHIPPING 
I am ordering from outside of the U.S. Will I be charged extra for shipping?
We determine shipping costs by calculating both weight as well as distance. There are no extra fees to process and ship international orders.

How can my band/company join Merch Revolution?
If you are in a signed/touring band or own a clothing company and would like to join Merch Revolution, please fill out the Submissions Form and a Merch Revolution representative will contact you within 3 business days.
